One person was killed and eight others were injured when a gunman opened fire in a crowd at a party in San Bernardino, California.
Filming took place just before midnight on a Friday.
One eyewitness told ABC7 that he saw teenagers who appeared to be gathering for a prom party at a hookah bar near the corner of North Palm and Highland Avenues.
She said after the initial shooting, a vehicle entered the gas station where she was refueling, and a person inside opened fire and shot the two girls. Witnesses asked not to reveal her identity.
A police statement confirmed that many people were in the area to attend the party.
There was also a massive response from law enforcement agencies that were still on the scene on Saturday morning.
According to one report, the deceased is a 20-year-old man who has not yet been officially identified.
According to authorities, some of the injured have been taken to a nearby hospital and are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
No one has been arrested and the motive for the shooting is unknown.
