2022 NFL Schedule: Analysis, Thanksgiving/Christmas Matchups, Thursday/Monday Matches and More

The leak is over and the 2022 NFL schedule has been revealed!

Now that the full 272-game regular season schedule is set, here are a few highlights:

  • The Rams kick off the NFL season by hosting the Bills at the Opening Ceremony on Thursday night (September 8).
  • Russell Wilson will return to Seattle during prime time when the Broncos play for the Seahawks in the NFL’s Monday night opener.
  • Thanksgiving’s annual triple header kicks off with Bills at the Lions and Giants at Cowboys. The Patriots then travel to Minnesota for a Turkey Day nightcap.
  • The NFL also offers triple headers for Christmas. On Sunday, December 25, the Dolphins will host the Packers early in the game, the Rams will host the Broncos and the Buccaneers will travel to Arizona for a night game.
