Depp nods as he listens to Heard’s lawyer’s lengthy court reading. He rests his head on his head, which seems to fall off a few times as he sleeps.

Depp sued actress Amber Heard for $50 million. He sued after Heard published an article in the Washington Post in December 2018. In this post, Heard describes himself as a survivor of domestic violence. Although no name is mentioned in the article, Depp’s lawyers claim that the actor defamed him by defaming him.
Depp denied that he had ever hit Hurd. He also testified that in his relationship with the Aquaman star he was abusive.
Depp, on the other hand, continues to claim that she has physically and sexually abused her several times.
