Ash Ketchum finally earned the title of World’s Best Pokemon Trainer in the latest episode of ‘Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: Series’.

Ash Ketchum Wins Pokémon Master Title

Pokémon’s official Twitter page recently announced that the series’ main character, Ash Ketchum, had won the Pokémon World Championship after 25 years of adventure.

They said, ‘He did it! Ash became a world champion!’

In case you didn’t know, the victory for Ash and his Pokemon partner Pikachu is included in Pokemon Ultimate Journeys: The Series. In a recent episode, the duo won the 8th tournament of the Pokemon World Coronation Series.

According to the BBC, Ash fought for the title with current world champion Leon. Moreover, their match lasted 4 innings and ended in Ash’s victory.

Additionally, former friends of Ash’s, including Brock, Misty, and Dawn, appeared in the episode.

Meanwhile, Sarah Natochenny, the voice actress for the American version of Ash, also congratulated the eternal 10-year-old Pokemon protagonist.

‘I want to share the English dub of this Pokemon episode with the world,’ she tweeted. It’s such an honor to have a voice for Ash Ketchum as he becomes world champion. He was the best. He’s like no one else.’

Additionally, Ash and Pikachu faced many challenges after embarking on an adventurous journey in the 1997 Pokemon: Indigo League series. The two also had to battle the Gym Leaders while preventing Team Rocket from causing more trouble.
