Ben Gordon was arrested for beating his son at the airport.

The Queens District Attorney’s Office reported that six witnesses claimed to have seen Ben Gordon slapped his son multiple times in the face for dropping a book.

He was reportedly traveling to New York with his young son when the incident occurred at LaGuardia Airport.

In addition, an American Airlines employee was one of the witnesses and was the one who informed the police that Gordon had attacked his son.

The former Chicago Bulls share a 10-year-old son, Elijah, with ex-fiancé Sascha Smith, 32.

The complaint alleges that Gordon “clenched his fists and slapped the victim’s face” at Elijah.

Meanwhile, he has been charged with several charges including assault, arrest resistance, insult, and child abuse.

A brief hearing was held on October 14, but has been postponed to December of this year.
