Blac Chyna pointed a suspect in a battery report days after losing the Kardashian trial.

Modal Blac Chyna is under criminal investigation on battery charges for assaulting a woman. Her investigation comes days after she lost a $108 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that a complaint was filed against Chyna on May 6. She is being investigated as a suspect in ‘Battery Report’.

TMZ reported that Sequoia King, who is believed to be the female victim, had an argument that soon turned into a physical conflict. King claims her 33-year-old model ‘damaged her phone and kicked her in the stomach’.

Blac Chyna was named a suspect in the Battery Report and is being investigated by law enforcement.

The showdown between Blac Chyna and Sequoya King reportedly took place early Friday morning at a Los Angeles bar.

According to King, the case began when Chyna became convinced that she was being recorded by a fellow bar customer without her permission.

King also said the reality star soon turned to her and started blaming herself. She denied it several times over the course of the case, but added that the rapper “accused her of using her phone to film the video.”

King talks further about what happened, saying that their verbal exchange eventually extended to a physical level. She added that it happened when Chyna took her phone from her hand and threw it to the ground. Eventually the device was damaged.

She claimed that Chyna ‘kicked the boat and made it fall’.

King claims the dispute was resolved when Chyna’s men dragged her from King into the car.

Blac Chyna’s new legal troubles surfaced days after she lost her $108 million lawsuit against the Kardashians. Nevertheless, the star promised to appeal.

The case led to a nine-day trial in which all four Kardashian women testified.

On Monday, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Kardashian and rejected China’s argument.

The jury ruled that Chyna would receive no damages whatsoever.
