Budweiser serves Ukrainian beer to O2.

Budweiser, O2’s official beer partner, is supplying Ukrainian beer brand Chernigivske from the venue’s London location to support humanitarian relief efforts amid the ongoing conflict with Russia.

This agreement continues Budweiser’s long-standing partnership with O2, through which the venue will become the first UK on-trade partner and stockpile for traditional Ukrainian lagers. AB InBev also forms part of a broader initiative that has pledged to donate at least $5 million to designated NGOs, including Caritas International, to support humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine.

In addition, O2, together with its catering partners Levy UK and AB InBev, will donate all beverages sold at the venue to charities to provide essential humanitarian relief.

Laura Palairet, O2’s Senior Partnership Director, said: As a company, we are constantly looking for ways to make a difference, and we are proud to work with partners who share this mission.”

Spectators of the show can purchase cans of Chernigivske with the Ukrainian flag on the packaging from O2 until September 2022.

Anna Rudenko, Marketing Director at Chernigivske, said the brand is proud that by adopting it in the UK, it can leverage its “expertise, scale and ecosystem” to support humanitarian relief efforts.

“We are very excited that Chernigivske is available at O2, giving consumers the opportunity to contribute directly to this effort.”
