Earlier this week, on Monday, November 14th, Netflix announced that comedian Chelsea Handler will headline a new comedy special called Revolution.
The logline says: A future where men don’t wear slippers.’
Besides, Handler’s comeback will be her first stand-up special in two years.
If you didn’t know, the 47-year-old actress has unveiled a Grammy-nominated special Evolution on HBO Max 2020.
Meanwhile, Handler is currently traveling for the ‘Vaccinated & Horny Tour’. The one and a half year tour is scheduled to end on December 16th. In addition, the tour consists of nearly 115 shows in more than 90 cities.
Nevertheless, her Netflix special is said to have been filmed on June 10, 2022, when she stopped by the Lyman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.
In addition to that, Handler himself will serve as Executive Producer of Standup, along with Michelle Caputo and Shannon Hartman.
Handler’s long-awaited show, Revolution, is set to launch on streaming platforms on December 27, 2022.

Chelsea Handler’s ex-boyfriend, Jo Koy, is reportedly directing her latest comedy special. However, it is said that the two got off after 3 weeks of filming ‘Revolution’.
Chelsea Handler Show TV host announced their separation from Koy on Instagram on July 18, 2022. She shared a video that was initially planned to celebrate their one year anniversary.
She summarized the article with the caption, “It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that we have decided together that it is best to take a break from our relationship right now.”
The message went on to say, ‘I know a lot of people have invested in our love. I wanted to express how much it means to both of us. How meaningful it is. And now how much I believe in love for each of us.’
A few days later, TMZ asked Koy about her breakup with Handler.
But he said, ‘It’s all good. We are taking a break. We are good friends, we are always good friends. The love is still there.’
