Chris Martin wants to become a Broadway star after completing his music career.

Coldplay vocalist Chris Martin spoke about his plans after the band disbanded. The ‘Fix You’ singer aspires to become a Broadway star, he has publicly stated.

Will Chris Martin not sing anymore?

The 45-year-old singer recently announced that his band Coldplay will stop recording in 2025, and he is aiming for his next professional step, including a theatrical adaptation of Disney’s ‘Mary Poppins’. “I have a vague goal of appearing in Mary Poppins on Broadway, but there is still a long way to go,” he said.

The Coldplay vocalist is a talented musician with multiple successes to his credit, but lacks culinary skills. Chris Martin said in December 2021 that he called emergency services whenever he tried to cook, saying he wasn’t a good cook.

Chris Martin admits he’s not very good at cooking.

“I am not a good cook,” he said. I’ve cooked twice in the last 10 years and both times the fire brigade has arrived. Thanks to the North London Fire Department for saving my life both times. “Did you cook again?” They asked for the second time. “I was going to make dinner, but I was busy so I was going to work on a song, but somehow I forgot!” he said

“At the time, my daughter’s favorite program was Modern Family, and we felt a bond through it. And, Curb Your Enthusiasm is Curb Your Enthusiasm, how can I say no? Obviously I’m not an actor, but a few cameos here and there are fine.”

Coldplay and Chris Martin’s Achievements

Coldplay became famous after their song Yellow was released in 2000. A Rush of Blood to the Head and Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends were both critically acclaimed CDs. He has won 7 Grammy Awards and 9 Brit Awards. He has collaborated with musicians such as Nelly Furtado and DJ Avicii, and has written songs for bands such as Embrace and Jamelia.
