that much Heat And Suns A win tonight puts them in a position to advance to the conference finals.
They both have been here very recently. Miami won the 2020 Eastern Finals and Phoenix won the 2021 Western Finals.
who stand in the way of their return to the apex of their meetings. 76ers And Mavericks, players who haven’t made it to the NBA Finals for quite some time. A win for Philadelphia or Dallas would be Game 7 of the first of this playoff.

The home team has won every game in this series so far. And only 1 out of 5 was decided by single digits. Philadelphia’s 8-point lead, Game 4 victory. After the Heat allowed the 76ers to win a streak, they returned home to Miami to record the series’ widest-margin 120-85 win. Jimmy Butler finally got the help he was looking for. Six of his teammates also reached double digits in runs, and Heat overtook the Sixers 3, 13-9.
James Harden finished with just 14 points after exploding 31 points in Game 4, while Joel Embiid held on to 17 points. Tyres Maxey had the worst game of the postseason, and nothing Tobias Harris or Danny Green did could surpass three of Philadelphia’s best players. On the road. The 76ers shot 10 outbound, less than 40% on the field, and less than 30% in 3, reaching the free-throw line only 15 times. If you play like that at home, the series is over.
Tuesday was Miami’s highest offensive output in the postseason. Heat was expected a bit of a positive setback after scoring an absolutely grim 79, especially in the third game, but 120 points is definitely the best this offense can do day and night. More important and more likely to be cloned is the high level of defense that Miami used to block Harden, Embiid and Maxey. Heat also got help with the board from some amazing players in the streak. Tyler Herro and Max Strus have led the team to rebounds in their last two games and have helped Bam Adebayo and Butler.

Nothing about Game 5 was encouraging for Philadelphia. Embiid looked uncomfortable, Harden never went, and no defense had kept Miami under 100 points in games 3 and 4. I still think the 76ers should play Game 7 in Miami. Grizzlies refusing to step back in front of home fans, like Grizzlies guarding their home court against the Warriors on Wednesday, think Philadelphia wins thanks to Embiid’s signature playoff moment.

Each of the Suns’ victories was dominant in the series, including Game 1 with a 7th win after a very late Mavericks push.
The Mavericks win was certainly impressive. Although they haven’t blown the No. 1 seed yet. Phoenix countered Dallas, who tied the series with a 30-point win in Game 5. Now the team is on the verge of two consecutive conference finals as long as they can win one of the next two games.
The seemingly unsustainable advanced three-pointer that pushed the Mavericks through round 1.5 of the playoffs dried up on Tuesday. They made just eight triples in their 110-80 loss, hitting 33 in Game 3 and Game 4. It was delivered by Luka Dončić and Jalen Brunson, but nobody else followed. Dorian Finney-Smith scored eight runs after hitting eight triples in the previous game, with Reggie Bullock scoring zero, Spencer Dinwiddie two runs and Maxi Kleber four. Doncic had only two assists in the game and his runs (28 points) didn’t make up for his level of playmaking by his standards.
The Suns counterattacked on the home court, but Chris Paul didn’t. He had his second consecutive single-digit scoring game and is averaging eight points since Game 2, where he scored a series high of 28. Devin Booker added 28 in Game 5, Deandre Ayton added 20, and Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson added 14 each. 110 points may not be Phoenix’s postseason top-scoring game, but keeping Dallas at 80 points was definitely their best defense.
The Mavericks covered and won each match at home as their 1-point favorite and 3-point underdog. After Game 5 was shown, the odds creators installed Phoenix as a road preference. I also like Dallas with the series at home and a few insurance doesn’t hurt either. Dončić is one of the few players his team looks to win, and he got a chance to make it to the conference finals after missing the first round for several years. It will win game 7 but they have to get there first. I think they do.
BET: Mavericks +2.5 (-118), Luka Dončić over 33.5 (-106); Luka Doncic over 9.5 rebounds (-124)
