Bam Margera returned to her new center after her second rehab escape.

Bam Margera has been missing since Saturday evening and was last found near a LifeSkills South Florida residential facility.

He went missing for nearly two weeks before officials found his location on Monday.

Police arrived at the scene with a crisis intervention team that included Margera’s parents.

The team immediately intervened and called another member of the Margera family to speak with him.

It’s unclear whether Margera’s wife Nicole Boyd was involved.

Margera allegedly insisted on seeing the four-year-old’s son, Phoenix Wolf. However, she was denied his request and he was told to seek medical treatment before meeting her son.

The report added that Margera was afraid she would miss an opportunity to prove she was a good father if she stayed at the facility.

The stunt performer team added that Margera ‘voluntarily agreed’ to check-in at the new rehab facility, which is ongoing.

Sheriff Broward’s office confirmed that an agent from Deerfield Beach contacted Margera on Monday night and confirmed that he was safe.

Bam Margera went missing for the first time on 13 July.

As mentioned earlier, this is the second case of Bam Margera escaping from a rehab center without permission in recent weeks.

MTV graduates first escaped from a rehabilitation center in Delray Beach on June 13 without approval.

Margera said she spoke with the facilities manager about her plans to leave the building. The father of one child wanted to be admitted to another rehab facility, but explained that authorities were having trouble finding him.

Luckily, the television actor was found unharmed in a hotel room in Florida on June 15th.

Sources claim that the Jackass star was not drunk when the police took him. He was also cooperative when he was taken to the second facility from which he most recently escaped.

Margera said he was not satisfied with the rehabilitation center. He was placed on bail despite being in a facility as part of the court-ordered Marchman Act. It states ‘Providing urgent assistance and temporary detention to individuals in need of substance abuse evaluation and treatment in Florida’.
