Jennifer Aniston reveals the truth behind TikTok’s word-of-mouth salad recipe.

Jennifer Aniston has ‘disclosed’ the truth of the famous ‘Jennifer Aniston Salad’ that has been around for quite some time on social media.

Friends fans were enthusiastic about the recipe when it was reported that Aniston enjoyed eating while filming a famous sitcom every day for 10 years.

But the 53-year-old actress set the record for the latest viral salad trend.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Jennifer Aniston reveals the truth behind viral salad recipes

In an interview with Elle Magazine, Jennifer Aniston spoke of a viral salad recipe that went viral in May of this year.

The salad recipe was shared by Lovely Delites food blogger Hannah, who claimed to be the meal Aniston ate on the Friends set.

However, the actress denied eating the virus salad.

When asked about the viral salad trend, Aniston said, ‘Well, that salad, can I dare refute it? It’s not the salad I ate every day at Friends.’

The Marley and Me star went on to say, ‘It feels awful because it literally goes crazy. By the way, it looks like a delicious salad, but that’s not what I ate at Friends.’

Hannah’s popular salad recipe is a unique take on traditional Cobb. It includes a bowl full of canned red onions, cucumbers, pistachios, parsley, mint and chickpeas.

When asked if Aniston would like to try the salad, the actress answered, ‘To be honest, I don’t think there’s that much chickpea in the salad. It is not good for the digestive tract.’

She first met Aniston in 2010 when Courteney Cox, who co-starred in Her Friends, shared details about the salad in an interview with the Los Angeles Times.

The Scream star described it as a ‘pseudoized Cobb salad.’ She mentioned that Aniston would prepare it every day for her female cast members.

Real Jennifer Aniston Salad Recipe

Many fans have already been enthusiastic about the ‘Jennifer Aniston Salad Recipe’, but the actor himself revealed the real recipe.

Her recipe includes ingredients such as shredded lettuce, egg whites, chicken, bacon, gabanjo beans, and basic vinaigrette.

Aniston said the chicken, bacon and gabanjo beans should be cooked first. You need to mix it all up later in a bowl.

The actress also said that although she didn’t eat the salad mentioned above every day, it was one of her favorites.
