Why did Joseph Quinn become emotional at Comic-Con?
On July 10, 2022, Joseph Quinn attended Showmasters Comic-Con, where fans delivered a heartfelt message to the actor.
During the ceremony, one of the crowd praised Quinn instead of asking questions.
‘My question isn’t really a question, it’s just an expression of appreciation,’ she said.
Then, the woman thanked the 28-year-old star by saying, “Thank you for being nice to me” at “Meeting” held the day before.
‘I’ve heard a lot about what happened yesterday, true or not,’ she said. Thank you so much for your time together.’
The woman went further, acknowledging that fans relate to his Stranger Things character in different ways.
She continued, ‘I think we’re all connected to Eddie for one reason or another. Whether we like his taste in music or he’s an outsider. I think we are all part of Eddie.’
Nevertheless, in that speech, Quinn broke into tears as she wiped the tears from her eyes.
