Nikita Dragoon, a man imprisoned for human rights violations

Socialite Nikita Dragun was arrested on Monday, November 7, 2022, for walking naked in a swimming pool at a Miami hotel. A few days after he was arrested, a video went viral asking a judge if he should remain in the men’s unit. Reportedly, Dragoon was staying at the Good Time Hotel when he made the fuss. She was arrested for assaulting a police officer. Police claimed that in addition to causing a fuss at the hotel, Nikita threw a bottle at her staff. Because of the disorderly behavior, Nikita Dragun was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.

As a result, Dragoon was charged with a felony against a police officer and a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. After her arrest, she was captured in a TikTok video posted by user @potatothugginnn wearing a prison uniform. In the video, Nikita Dragoon said to the judges, “Can I ask you a question? Should I stay in the men’s unit? The official answers. Yes, I haven’t made a rule for proper convenience for you yet. He disagreed with Uncer’s treatment and was outraged when the news began to build momentum, one user expressed his opinion after the incident: I’m not a huge fan of beauty influencer Nikita Dragun, and Nikita Dragun was imprisoned for a men’s corps I don’t defend his actions in any form or structure when forced to stay in. It’s dangerous and it’s very heartbreaking. Trans women are women.

Nikita Dragun Arrested and Remained in Florida Penitentiary

Elections weren’t the only disappointment in Florida this week. On Monday, November 7, beauty YouTuber and Hype House star Nikita Dragoon was reportedly arrested for pouring water from a bottle of water at a police officer at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. TMZ said that police were called to Nikita Dragoon’s hotel room after receiving a report that beauty influencer Nikita Dragoon made a fuss when she was asked to stop while roaming the pool naked. She was apparently arrested for a felony, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor against the police, and Nikita was reportedly transferred to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.

On November 8, she essentially appeared in de facto bond court, and now viral procedural records revealed that a trans woman, Nikita Dragoon, was forcibly taken into the prison’s men’s unit. At her bond hearing, Nikita Dragun asked Judge Mindy Glazer: Should I still be here in the men’s division? Judge Mindy Glazer responded, “Yeah, I don’t make the rules there. Dragoon was released from prison with a $5,000 deposit. Jack Ketsoyan, public relations officer for Nikita Dragun, said in a statement to Miami’s Local 10 News that it was “very embarrassing and dangerous for Nikita, a legally female, to be placed in a male unit in a Florida prison.” He also added that the decision made by the Miami-Dade County Department of Corrections clearly overrides the requirement that transgender detainees be placed and housed with regard to their well-being/safety needs and gender identity.

The Internet was terrified by Nikita Dragun’s treatment, claiming transgender rights

Bad behavior has consequences, but those consequences must rule out the loss of human rights. Obviously the web was intimidated by Nikita Dragun’s handling, and many called it transphobia. It has sparked a discussion on the web, particularly on Twitter, about transgender rights, with users claiming to criticize the influencer’s treatment rather than excuse her actions. Even people who weren’t her fans reacted disgustingly and unbelievably that she was being treated in her correctional facility.

One user said I am not a fan of Nikita Dragun. She wrote that being placed in her men’s corps in her prison cell was totally insane anyway when she was a woman and should be fixed quickly regardless of her views on her, a particularly unsafe environment for her, she wrote. Lack of respect for self and trans ppl. Another user said her arrest could be justified, but had no good explanation as to why she should be in a men’s prison. She is a woman and she deserves to be treated like that. In fact, Miami-Dade County must address this injustice quickly, as it could endanger Nikita Dragun’s life.
