What does it mean we won’t see the lovelace tonight?
That’s a very good question and should be on everyone’s mind right now. Honestly, don’t expect a reveal. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang doesn’t actually give a keynote address. Nvidia’s websiteAnd it’s probably Jensen who wants to show off Nvidia’s next-gen graphics cards.
That said, the final speaker of the keynote is Jeff Fisher, Nvidia’s GeForce Senior Vice President. He has revealed graphics cards in the past, specifically variants like the Nvidia Geforece RTX 3090 Ti.
Does that mean we get Ampere Supers or something similar? Of course it is possible, but we’ve heard a lot about the RTX 3080 Super or RTX 3070 Super since last year, and even then it was rumors and speculation. As the story of Nvidia Lovelace grows, it’s almost gone in recent times.
If Nvidia is planning to release a Lovelace as early as July, it doesn’t make sense to release a Super variant of the existing Ampere card. Still, if Lovelace is set for the end of Q3 2022 (i.e. September), it would be about two years since Ampere was released, meaning that both fit into cadence and the Super variant has a small hole to fill in the meantime. . Fill.
