Prince William and Kate Middleton are about to move.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge plan to move to Berkshire, leaving Kensington Palace behind. This summer, Prince William and Kate Middleton are expected to move into the Queen’s Windsor mansion. The pair will be leaving Kensington Palace, where they have been living since 2017, after spending time at Norfolk’s Anmer Hall. The royal family is reportedly planning to expel son Prince George, 8, and daughter Princess Charlotte, 7, from the current Battersea School at the end of the school year.

Prince William and Kate will continue to live at Kensington Palace.

In September, he plans to join his younger brother, Prince Louis (4), who is attending a new school. The decision was made with William, who will soon turn 40. “It’s so scary,” he joked privately. The royal couple will maintain the Kensington Palace residence. Anmer Hall is London’s main residence and a must-visit on a regular basis. According to New York TimesOne of my friends plans to move permanently to Norfolk once their child is out of the “school year”.

The 96-year-old monarch is said to have delegated much of his royal duties to Prince Charles and William due to periodic travel issues. Last month, Prince William and his father took the Queen’s seat at the opening ceremony. William also stood for the Queen at Buckingham Palace during his stay at Windsor Castle and took part in the Platinum Jubilee festival. Getting closer to her queen at Windsor, where she currently spends most of her time, could mean that the Duke of Cambridge will be more accessible to assist her in her near future.
