Here’s everything you need to know.
Sales of Sunset Real Estate office attracting fans
Followers of the reality TV series Selling Sunset keep swarming outside the Oppenheim Group real estate building to see what’s going on behind the tinted doors and windows.
Nevertheless, due to the growing crowd, the company’s management decided to take action.
I hung a signboard that said ‘PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE GLASS’ on the window.
However, the fans didn’t mind at all, as they continued to photograph and video outside the estate.
Few fans buried their faces in the windows to get a better view of the office interior.
Many tourists have been seen outside the building, looking out the windows and giggling at their friends and boyfriends and running away.
TMZ reported that one person was bold enough to attempt to open the building’s door. Of course he couldn’t go too far.
If you want to spy on your favorite Selling Sunset members, you’ll have to file a legal real estate lawsuit.
Who owns Oppenheim Real Estate?
For non-majors, Oppenheim Real Estate is a brokerage started by Brett Oppenheim. He announced it earlier this year. He is the president and broker of the Los Angeles infrastructure.
On the other hand, Brett’s twin brother Jason Oppenheim is originally listed as founder and president of the Oppenheim Group.
Both companies provide brief descriptions of each on their official websites. They all mentioned that Jason and Brett’s great-grandfather Jacob Stern founded the Sterm Reality Company.
It was later changed to the Oppenheim Group. The company was owned by two brothers, but Brett announced his departure and started his own brokerage group.
All five seasons of Selling Sunset are available to stream on streaming platform Netflix.
