As you may not know, long-time favorite host of Jeopardy! Alex Trebek died of pancreatic cancer in November 2020 at the age of 80.
Nonetheless, the duo was one of the initial rotating lineups of guest hosts after Mike Richards’ sudden departure from Jeopardy!
Bialik and Jennings served as full-time hosts for the remainder of season 38. Also, the two seem to work well and their pairing has been well received by the audience.
Moreover, the syndicated quiz show recently won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Game Show Weekly. This marks the third consecutive win in the series.
Negotiations for Bialik are more focused on her appearance date as she is set to appear in a new season of Fox’s Call Me Kat. The 46-year-old actress is also the show’s executive producer.
